Our Story
Guardian Assisted Care was born from firsthand experience with the challenges families face when navigating the Medicaid system and searching for trustworthy, consistent care. Our founders saw a gap — not in the number of providers, but in the quality of relationships between caregivers and the individuals they serve.
We set out to build something different: an agency where every staff member is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and genuinely invested in the people they support. Today, we are proud to serve individuals and families across North Carolina, providing Medicaid Supported Living services that make a real difference in daily life.
